Our range of artisan chocolates
We offer an extensive range of chocolates. Below you will find an overview of all our fillings and chocolate variants.
Our chocolate
- Pure chocolate: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
- Milk chocolate: sugar, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
- White chocolate: cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
Our praline fillings
- Ganache: a cream-based filling, in combination with chocolate. Milk chocolate, dark and white chocolate are possible. All kinds of flavours, herbs and liqueurs can be added to this base.
- Caramel: a filling based on burnt sugars, quenched with cream or milk. This filling can be used in combination with chocolates and flavors.
- Praliné: a filling based on nuts. Both walnuts and almonds, but usually based on hazelnuts.
- Marzipan: filling based on almonds and sugars. Can be used in its pure form as well as in sprayable creams. Marzipan is easy to mix with all kinds of herbs and liqueurs.
- Fondant filling: filling based on fondant sugar. Blends well with flavors and liqueurs.
- Crème au beurre: filling based on dairy butter and Italian foam (egg white). By whipping the egg whites with boiled sugar, we get a very light cream. It is easy to mix with chocolates and flavors.
- Advocaat: filling based on fondant sugar and fresh egg yolks with 96% pure alcohol. This base is easy to mix with chocolate and other liqueurs.
